Abstract: In this event, Xiao Jean (XJ) Chen is going to address how artificial intelligence is transforming venture capital, an industry that has seen little innovation since its inception in the 1940’s. She will also delve into how technology can help end gender injustice in venture capital.
XJ is the founder of VenturePole, an AI-powered venture investment platform in Switzerland. She is also the winner of the FemBizSwiss Award, ambassador of Google Women Techmakers, juror of the Digital Entrepreneurship Competition of the University of Zurich, mentor at the health tech accelerator of Startup bootcamp, researcher in organizational studies, angel investor, and ex-consultant in Hong Kong.
